Support covers the range of operation startup, process optimization, flowsheet development, research, process issue resolution, reagent development and training.  All aspects of mineral process operations and systematic impact on each unit operation are assessed and the cumulative impact on overall system capability, effectiveness and efficiency are incorporated in solutions.

Water treatment pertaining to process water chemistry management and water environmental discharge control is another core support area.   From a solid understanding of the chemistries involved, knowing how these impact the process and achievement of results and developing effective management solutions, Argo is capable of resolving and understanding a wide range of issues and capturing opportunities.  Experience in water and wastewater treatment from a broad range of non-mining industries is brought to bear in developing nontraditional, innovative solutions.

Bill Hancock, Argo's Principal, is very well established in the mining industry globally. He is a registered Professional Engineer and is qualified as the Society of Mining Engineers (SME) Registered Member and Mining and Metallurgical Society of America (MMSA) Qualified Professional. Bill held research, operating, senior technical and executive positions for medium to large mining and commercial companies that has offered a valuable diversity and depth of experiences. This expertise is enhanced by a large amount of experiences in non-mining applications such as water and wastewater treatment at wineries, food processing plants, municipality, agriculture and general industrial applications.
